Just PSP Noise
You can use whatever mask you want too.
Lets get started …
Open New Image 800 x 800
Resolution: 72.000
Color/White
No worries you can re-size once we are done.
Open your background paper your wanting to use
I am using paper `1 for my background.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Go to layers
Load/Save Mask
Load Mask from Disk
Merge/Merge Group
Now add paper 6 – re-size 75%
Add Frame I am using frame 3
Selections – Modify - Expand by 4
Highlight paper/ Selection – Invert
Delete
Add a closeup tube re-size if needed
Delete
now add your extra's I am using the HNY Banner
And RD_Champagne Grouping
both re-sized at 75%
Now add tube again
All Drop Shadow
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -1
Opacity75
Blur 3.00
Re-size to your liking.
Adjust/Sharpness
Sharpen all
Now new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.
For your name you can use whatever you want.
Now lets animated the champagne
Adjust – Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise – Gaussian – Noise 35% -Monochrome checked
Shift + D
Selections Deselect
Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop
Paste as new animation
Back in PSP
Adjust – Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise – Uniform – Noise 35% -Monochrome checked
Shift + D
Selections Deselect
Copy Merged
Back to AS
Click first frame – paste after current frame shift+ctrl+L
Save as a gif.
