For this Tutorial I am using

No Filters
Just PSP Noise
You can use whatever mask you want too.
Lets get started …
Open New Image 800 x 800
Resolution: 72.000
Color/White
No worries you can re-size once we are done.
Open your background paper your wanting to use
I am using paper `1 for my background.
Copy and paste as new layer.
Go to layers
Load/Save Mask
Load Mask from Disk
Merge/Merge Group
Now add paper 6 – re-size 75%
Add Frame I am using frame 3
Selections – Modify - Expand by 4
Highlight paper/ Selection – Invert
Delete
Add a closeup tube re-size if needed
Delete
now add your extra's I am using the HNY Banner
And RD_Champagne Grouping
both re-sized at 75%
Now add tube again
All Drop Shadow
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -1
Opacity75
Blur 3.00
Re-size to your liking.
Adjust/Sharpness
Sharpen all
Now new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.
For your name you can use whatever you want.
Now lets animated the champagne
Adjust – Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise – Gaussian – Noise 35% -Monochrome checked
Shift + D
Selections Deselect
Copy Merged
Open Animation Shop
Paste as new animation
Back in PSP
Adjust – Add/Remove Noise
Add Noise – Uniform – Noise 35% -Monochrome checked
Shift + D
Selections Deselect
Copy Merged
Back to AS
Click first frame – paste after current frame shift+ctrl+L
Save as a gif.

Open your back ground paper your wanting to use
I am using paper 3 for my background.
Go to layers
Load/Save Mask
Load Mask from Disk
Merge/Merge Group
Add wire 2
Drop Shadow
Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
Opacity: 75
Blur: 3.00
I have added paper 1 & the fairy
Now add frame 1
Magic wand click within the frame
Sectionals/Select All
Modify/Contract by 3
Invert
Highlight your paper1
Click Delete
Highlight Fairy
Click Delete
All that done let's add some extra's ;)
I have added the fairy
Image/Mirror
Image/Re-size: 75%
Guitar
Image/Re-size: 75%
All Drop Shadow the same.
Re-size to your liking
Adjust/Sharpen
Unsharp Mask
Radius: 1.00
Strength: 75%
Clipping: 5%
Now new layer and add you copyright info. and your name.
For your name you can use whatever you want.
Same Drop Shadow.
Image Rotate Left: 30%
Move name to where you want it.
Everything below it unchecked.
Now Eye-Candy 3.1
Glow
Width: 20%
Opacity: 72%
Pick a light color that you like.
Merge/Merge Visible
